RIGHTS:

I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any point in time without any prior warning or explanation, at this point, I will refund you an amount appropriate to the work completed 

You reserve the right to cancel your commission at any point in time without any prior warning or explanation, at this point, I will refund you if the work for your piece has not started 

Unless otherwise stated, you reserve the right to a partial refund if no progress has been made in a month past the estimated date

We reserve the right to cancel the commission and keep the entirety of the money if the commissioner has not made contact despite repeated attempts for a month

WILL NOT DRAW:

Will only draw light gore i.e blood

Will not modify a piece done by another artist without their permission

COMMERCIAL USE:
Clients can upload a watermarked version of the completed artwork and use it in any non-commercial manner. The commissioner may use the final image of the commission in commercial use upon payment of the commercial rights surcharge. The commissioner may edit it in anyway they please, however, they may not claim the piece as their own, and may not use the edited piece in any commercial use, even after paying the commercial rights surcharge.
We will reserve the right to use the final image and all wip pieces of it in all forms. Credit for the characters and the commissioner will be provided in the product description.
